From the Court to the Clinic

My passion for health started in a small Kansas town, playing sports under the guidance of my Dad, a coach who taught us, "Can’t Never Did Anything." That foundation led me to play four college sports and earn a degree in Exercise Physiology. I’ve spent my life obsessed with how the body moves and heals, from my early career as a massage therapist and high school coach to raising my three sons with my husband, Jeff.

In 2012, however, my journey took a turn that brought me to my knees. Facing severe hormonal shifts and a P.M.D.D. diagnosis, I felt desperate as conventional options failed me. This forced me to turn to God-given, natural solutions. Discovering the power of CBD changed my life, leading me to launch Cornerstone Botanicals in 2017 to help others find that same peace and healing.

A New Chapter in Holistic Health

Now, at 53, I am navigating my own 10-year journey through perimenopause. I know firsthand how exhausting and scary those "tough shifts" can be. That is why I have passionately expanded Cornerstone Botanicals from a CBD company into a complete wellness hub.

I believe our bodies are temples, meant to be strong and vibrant to serve God fully. To help you honor that gift, I’ve spent years gaining certification in nutrition, fitness & perimenopause coaching. We’ve also partnered with an incredible medical team to provide science-backed longevity tools.
